False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-yr duration.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Requirements

These programs start at NCV level 2 plus the minimum prerequisite would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

As soon as the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade 10 certification. NCV Level three would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade twelve.

NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, currently being equivalent to a National Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV degree 2 which is equivalent to an NQF level 2.
